About me
I am Freya, a BA (Hons) Fashion Design with Fashion Communication Graduate from Birmingham City University with an Upper-Second Class Honours Degree.
I hold a strong interest in fashion, media and contemporary culture, with key aspects of my third year studies including brand creation (achieving a 2:1) and trend and forecasting (achieving a first). Exploring modern fashions and trends to develop and promote collections with particular markets and audiences in mind, I hold great attention to detail and always aim to complete a job to the best of my ability. Specialising in Fashion Communication from second year, my course has given me the ability to explore both garment and editorial design. With a keen interest in editorial, layout and graphic design, I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and also able to navigate and use Microsoft Office.
